- Add a few drops of Lavender Oil to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime for a restful sleep
- Freshen your linen closet, mattress, car, or the air by combining Lavender with water in a spray bottle.

- Dilute one or two drops of this oil with a base carrier oil like Fractionated coconut oil to apply on skin.

I’ve long been a fan of lavender oil, and often find it’s the only thing which helps me to sleep. I certainly wasn’t disappointed with this product. It’s a fantastic price and smells divine. A great product. I would thoroughly recommend.
